#1: The very first letter

This is Nam speaking. It is the first Techie monthly journal after a year of project launching. Techie highlights stories outside the lines of code and honors the "Humans in tech" contribution. The monthly journal is a tiny letter we send to our friends with stories we're attentive to and where we are in our "Humans in tech" exploring journey.

Our updates

We welcome Nam Tran - our new publisher to the woodland. You may find a little joy and inspiration in her writing style, as she usually blows positive energy to the story.

We started publishing the episode in Vietnamese that conveys the story more naturally. Well, it's no way to express "mày tao", "ưng cái bụng ghê", "tấm chiếu mới", etc. in English. Find them on our fanpage. We hope you like it!​

Loc and his lovely son

This month, I had an opportunity to talk with Loc Nguyen, whom I see as a brother rather than a former colleague. He's now DevOps living in Germany with his wife and their little boy named "Nấm". I just asked him a favor on how to build a professional online profile. But things went to more interesting aspects than I thought. His family has gone abroad for one year, there're so many culture shocks in the working environment. He was half laughing, half crying in lots of cases (like my favorite emoji 🥲).
