#3: Techie - you are your own limit
17 June 2021
(Ho Chi Minh City)
Hello, it’s Nam from Techie speaking to you as usual. I hope you’re still staying safe in that quarantine. Thus, it’s super boring sometimes!
i. We are adding the Vietnamese version to the Techie website since the major of the audience prefers reading the Vietnamese writing style.
ii. It’s June now - the month of Fathers and the LGBT community. I am trying to bring these stories to the front page. They deserve more encouragement!
Featured story
I met Nhung - a Designer in “Ban cua Be” non-profit organization 4 years ago. Nhung can’t speak and walk hardly after a child’s vaccination, but she helped “Ban cua Be” a lot in media materials. When I contacted her and mentioned telling her story in Techie, she agreed immediately. Undergoing lots of discrimination, she just wants to give people a little bit of inspiration.
Nhung always feels uncomfortable when people admire her story. Indeed, “the Disabled have no pain, no unhappiness …Like other people, they have to work, take care of their lives, and support their families. They are adapting to their own situation. That is!”.
Read her full story here. It’s our signature with great effort decoration!
